Just a reliable pick for a brief pit stop in Memphis with definitely value for money. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, especially for a busy business trip. Avoid rooms near the gym to get a good night's sleep.

Comfortable room, excellent amenities, including a nice indoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center, made my stay enjoyable and relaxing, especially after a long journey from the airport which is conveniently just 20 km away.

i stayed at the marriott for 4 nights in a standard room, and the size was fantastic. the bed was super comfortable, probably one of the best i've experienced in a hotel. the room was very clean and had new furniture. also, the indoor pool was great for some relaxation after a long day spent exploring. it’s close to several good restaurants, including corky's for some delicious memphis BBQ.

The lobby and common areas of Marriott Memphis East feature elegant decor that feels welcoming, while the accessible entrances and elevators make it easy for seniors like myself to navigate comfortably throughout the hotel.

More staff presence during busy meal times would help.

We stayed here recently with our family and our dog. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth. The breakfast area had delicious options that fueled our busy days exploring Memphis. Our kids loved the spacious room, giving us all room to breathe.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could use some improvement. My kids wished they could have enjoyed a cleaner and cooler space to swim after a long day of sightseeing. It would be great if they focused on better maintenance.
